How can I exchange/return a product I purchased?
For the safety of our customers, care and beauty products cannot be exchanged or returned once opened or used. Exchanges or returns are only accepted in the following cases:
1- The product arrived damaged
2- A different product was received than what was ordered
3- A clear error was made in the order on the store"s part

How long do I have to return a product?
FM Vision Company grants its valued customers a period of 3 days to return products, starting from the date of receiving the product.
Please note the following:
- The product must be in good condition, unused, and have the brand label attached.
Refunds
If I"m not satisfied with my order for one of the reasons mentioned above, can I get a refund?
If payment was made via credit card, cash on delivery, or bank transfer, you must submit a refund request by email at [email protected], noting that the request must be made within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
How long does the refund transfer take?
The sooner you notify us of your wish to begin the exchange process, the better! Most returns are processed within 5 business days for orders paid via credit card or cash on delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us by email at [email protected]
